BLC recently mapped the leather material supply chain for Hotter Shoes; a British footwear company that designs, manufacturers and retails comfortable and stylish shoes around the world.
BLC’s recent footwear supply chain mapping project placed the client, Hotter Shoes, at the centre of the project, aligning all activities to Hotter Shoes’ objectives. BLC produced for Hotter Shoes an interactive map which visualised the Brand’s footwear supply chain around the world. Further, BLC produced a separate supply chain report highlighting risks and providing recommendations. The mapping has directly supported Hotter Shoes in rationalising their supply chain.
